The Bonaparte Cemetery

Non-Perpetual Care Cemetery

Greetings, If you have been a recent visitor to the Bonaparte cemetery you may have noticed some changes. The Bonaparte American Legion purchased some vinyl fencing and installed it at the entrance replacing the old broken posts and cable. Also, a group of volunteers have worked at cutting the trees and brush in the ravine and keeping it cleared. All of this interest and hard work is greatly appreciated by the Cemetery Association. This year, Melvin Luke, who has mowed the cemetery for many years, decided it was time to retire. Bids were taken and the board hired Kent Hunziker from Kahoka to do the job. The Bonaparte Cemetery is maintained strictly by donations and your support and generosity is needed and appreciated. Also, remember the cemetery may be a worthy benefactor in your estate plan or will. And memorials are always welcome. Your contribution can be sent to the Bonaparte Cemetery Association, Inc. using the form shown below. Thanks in advance for your support.
